This hotel impressed me with its really good staff and great amenities. From fast wifi that allowed for competitive gaming to a spacious gym and a wonderful spa, every detail was attended to. The jazz bar was a highlight, serving delicious sushi that kept me coming back for more. A nice experience!

A modern and fantastic hotel, my first choice in Ottawa. Exceptionally clean property, incredibly attentive and skilled staff, brand-new rooms. Very chic building and rooms with a view. All the staff were eager to help. The restaurant was fabulous, with great food and pleasant live entertainment. Great service throughout the hotel.

Well furnished room with extremely comfortable beds and a good view, for instance, tasty drinks in the on-site bar. Good hot and marvellous breakfasts for pure options.

I had a fantastic weekend here, enjoying the beautiful views of the golf course and being just over a kilometer away from The Marshes Golf Club, perfect for a leisurely stroll before starting my day. Plus, with the Kanata Centrum Shopping Centre around a 5-minute drive away, it was super easy to discover local shops and grab a bite.

When the waiter at breakfast asked me if I wanted coffee I didn't expect to be charged for it separately. Something as basic and natural as getting coffee with your breakfast should be obvious and not something to charge for - regardless of how special and wonderful you may think your coffee might be. This is the first time throughout my many years of traveling for business that I have been charged for a cup of coffee at the breakfast. Due to this I avoided eating at the restaurant throughout my week-long stay.

Staff were very knowledgeable.

It was new-fashioned, tidy and with a balcony.

In my wife's opinion, improved communication from staff about pool rules would help families with kids enjoy their time better.

A well equipped business hotel with its own golf course and large gym area. The rooms were well equipped, the bathroom modern unfortunately with bathtub, but very clean.

The devices in the Gym were ancient penultimate generation and partly not usable.

Don't order the steak sandwich in the lounge!

I booked my reservation on line. When we arrived the desk staff had no record of my reservation. It took a manager to find my information and she upgraded my room which was a very smart move on her part. Perhaps more training required or more competent staff. The on line reviews that I read before booking did not accurately reflect how nice the hotel and rooms really were, they did the hotel a disservice.

Staying at the same hotel as the Toronto Maple Leafs and meeting a lot of famous people!!!

They need newer beds, they were too stiff ... And the rooms could use flat screen tv's!

I enjoyed relaxing in the indoor swimming pool and the amazing spa treatments . The hotel has a fantastic golf view balcony which was a great spot to unwind after a long day. Although the check-in process was a bit slow, I would definitely recommend taking advantage of the wellness center and spa services 😊

Spa service was not very relaxing...expected better because the rest of the hotel is amazing. Needed a make up mirror in the living room since light in bathroom to dimm for make up application
